Didn't seem to be much substance here.. I was expecting the author to give supporting examples to illustrate how she came to the ultimate conclusion of this book. I had a difficult time understanding the direction that the author was trying to take me in. I think my let down was more due to a heightened anticipation based on the peer reviews. If you're looking for positive reinforcement and inspiration then this is probably your book. Otherwise please temper your expectations.
