Was really hot in parts and was quite "real" her fears of his preferences and the wonder about what was stronger and finally admitting what was her ultimate fear at the end...I got it. There are some things that was introduced in the book that seemed to have no purpose but could have been a pivotal area yet was just dropped.
i love megan hart and i wanted so much to love this book, but... i don't know. I love Alex and i love Jack and was so excited to see on her website that they would both be in this one. but jack's story line left him an unfinished ending i thought. i love him and wanted to see at least a possiblity of a happy life. expecially with sarah in this too after there date in Stranger. Alex i don't feel was a well developed charactor in this book and wouldn't feel i know him if i hadn't already read tempted. the narrator when she read for sarah i wanted to scream and cringe a little. i don't feel sarah was done justly. but for the good. i like Olivia. i would listen to it again. i love megan hart, this book will in no way turn me off to her. Alex and Jack or 2 or my 3 favorite men from her book's i guess i just wanted a little more for them. creative differences.
Wow surprising story. Not sure what I was expecting but I found myself pulling for them to make it. They have their share of the past coming up and back to haunt them, jealous and deceitful meddling friends. Their pasts are filled with heartache, pain and confusion. You will be pulled in by the main characters as they struggle for personal discovery, acceptance and love.
****** this is a pretty good book but Megan Harts books sometimes need a little bit of a better ending or even just a little more info!!!!!!!!!
I was not expecting what I got when I ordered this book. However, that being said, the author did a magnificent job with weaving the story and bringing the reader into the emotions of the characters. I laughed, I cried and I ground my teeth over the nonsense going on. (sorry, no spoilers here!) I finished a couple of days ago and I'm not exactly sure yet why the storyline disturbed me so much. I'm okay with the bi-sexual stuff, I'm fine with the gay stuff, but there was something in there that left me feeling emotionally drained. Don't misunderstand me please! This book was an amazingly well written and complex piece of work! The fact that I'm still thinking about it and still discomfited by the storyline proves that! Megan Hart is very talented and I'm not disappointed that I spent a credit on the book. The sex scenes were HOT and the characters very well developed. It was worth the credit, if for nothing else than to get you to think about how you'd handle some of the situations that popped up. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the quality of the writing skill alone. I'm not sure yet where I'd put the rating based on the story itself, but maybe someday I'll figure it out.
I tried to get through this book. I am certainly not a prude, so it wasn't the
It is just a sequel of trivial facts, expressed crudely with abundant four letter words.
This was boring. I tried to listen to the end. This is the first audio book that I just could not make it to the end of the story. I tried several times to finish it. No. Just not keeping my interest at all. The characters are weak, and uninteresting. What plot? Where?
I truly dislike when a book is advertised different than it is. I am too traditional for this story. I gave 2 stars because I listened to the end. I found nothing in this book of redeaming value.
