I chose this book because I miss the Twilight saga. But I struggled to finish this. I always wondered about the newborns Riley created, but Eclipse was my least favorite out of the saga as well. It's a quick book, but it just didn't grab me.
Loved how the author filled in the backstory of the newborn army & the Volterre's knowledge of them. It explains why Edward reacts to the confrontation with Jane the way he did
This is actually my first listening to an audiobook and I may say it was a very pleasant experience. That being said I don't really have much to compare this performance to, but I did give it four stars, simply because I thought their could have been more distinction between characters in terms of how they were portrayed and voiced. But if this is the case for all audiobooks, the never mind. Overall I enjoyed the story. I've been meaning to listen to this audiobook for awhile now since I've actually had this stored in my audible app for a couple years now. It gave me some clarity in regards to the climax in Eclipse and its whole back story. As a twilight fan, I feel like this was the piece to the missing puzzle!
Married, Mother of 3 children, RN, loves the outdoors and music of all kinds. Audio books are my new addiction.
Great background story to go along with the Twilight Saga. Took me a while to listen to because I didn't think anything was going to hold up to the Saga.....but Stephanie did not disappoint.
This book was a great character back story of a minor character Bree Tanner from the original series. It told what the change was like for the average every day Joe vampire. I'd really love if the author would do this with all her characters!
More information about the characters is always great, always like another perspective.
enjoyed the whole story
enjoyed her performance
It was just a good story
no, but I enjoyed the reading
addition to twilight
Bree, because she is barely mentioned in the Twilight series and in the novella we get to know her better.
A little annoying.
It's not necessary to make up a new voice or dialect when reading, it's quite annoying actually.
