As some of the other reviewers have said, the narration isn't spectacular. It's not terrible either, just sounds a little dated. The information is good; mostly common sense stuff but a good reminder. I like that he gives action exercises for each section, which makes it easier to assimilate the information. Every time he said, "here are seven action steps," I would rewind 10sec. and create a bookmark. Then I could go back and make notes of all those sections, which helps not having the physical book.
Some of this information is great to share with your kids too.
I started listening with great expectations (after reading his good book - eat that frog), but was disappointed to find that this book does not offer any good advise. It does list out all those things that one might wish for in life. I found this bit useful because I could make myself consious of what I also would like in life - but there was very less useful advise on how to get it.
In some parts I found myself laughing with the suggestions - spend 3 hours extra at work, sleep for 8 hours, spend lots of time with family etc etc far exceeds 24 hours!!
While this book isn't perfect, the information is priceless. I listen almost every week to remind myself to stay focused. With so many distractions in life, this helps me remember what I should do when I need to do it. Thank You Author for putting this info together. I am making a copy to share with everyone important in my life.

I recommend anyone interested in becoming more focused, directed and productive... LISTEN TO THIS AUDIO!

the only thing i didn't like when the author talks about agreeing with everything people are saying even though they are wrong even though he knew that from the beginning.
