Its an weird thing but my favourite genre to read is murder/mystery books but when it comes to audio books, I love ChicLit! Odd I know!
Highly recommended book and I am not really a "baby" novel person. You really feel for the 3 girls and their happy and sad tales. Of course, you know where the story is headed .. to the labour ward ... but getting there was just so enjoyable.
What would I do without audio books?!!
Although the premise of this book is really unlikely, it was another fun read. If you enjoy light romance/fiction I recommend Milly Johnson's books. The Birds and the Bees is the best so I would start with that one or Summer Fling. In the Yorkshire Pudding Club was a strong focus on the process of pregnancy, but I enjoyed that and found it interesting. As always the book celebrates the friendships that women have.
Great story without being too intense.
I could relate to a lot of what was happening
No. It was a fine book to listen to once. Just was not a "wow" book.
Having babies? No...I have 2 and I am done!
It was cute hearing about the pregnancy of the girls.
She did fine.
I feel like I have new best friends! I love throw characters. The narration is awesome.
When the ladiescwatched the birth videos against their better judgement.
The birth scene. Also when E realizes the house surprise.
Elizabeth not as intimidating as the others.
I never got into it because I couldn't nderstand the narrator
I just couldn't understand the accent.
I realize the setting is in Ireland, but I couldn't understand the narrator for the life of me. Perhaps it will be a book that's better read than listened to. I'm disappointed I wasted a credit on this.
