Loved the narration!!!
The dad is absolutely hilarious!
I liked his character because it reminded me a lot of my dad! Also, you don't expect him to be a doctor and that completely throws you off!!!
Made me laugh out loud!
A self-depricating look at his life growing up, Justin Halpern has written a book that made me chuckle, smirk, and occasionally laugh out loud listening to it. I have known people like his father and that fact made this book all the more enjoyable.
Not for the prudish, it is a great listen and it made me remember that childhood was a traumatic, emotional experience best laughed at than cried about.
I was really needing a change of pace, and this came along at the right time. Light and not too long, worth a credit in my opinion..
An avid reader, who also loves to listen.
Clever, creative, unique and a very funny listen, which had me laughing out loud from beginning to end!
Simply HILARIOUS!! If you didn't know of a Dad like this growing up, then you were jipped out of an AMAZING childhood!
This is the most listened book in my library!
I cannot imagine anyone enjoying this book. It was awful. nothing funny at all. In fact, it was really stupid in my opinion. but then I only listened about an hour. Could not take anymore.
Made it funny or interesting.
Yes, all the above. Anger that I spent money on this garbage, sadness that someone can actually be able to sell this garbage and disappointment for the anger and sadness.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS.
fewer use of f*ck and god damn.
it was funny and real in a world where everyone is afraid to speak their minds for fear of repercussions by whiny people who are too uptight to laugh at their own selves.
It was great...
Just the prolific amount of cussing.
Would have been just as funny without so much use of f*ck and god damn.
tryed to continue listening . just could not do it . awful
have alittle more to work with
He needed better writting he had nothing to say that was interesting or funny.
Disappointment,The title was great because i can relate . He should have heard my dad growing up now that #*** was funny
