I really enjoy the world of books! Narration just add layers to that world... don't u think? :)
A shovel and a cougar! OMG! The grandpa actually sharpens the shovel and everyone in the family think this is normal...
Ty and Zane are back, and I love how Zane phsyco-ness is shown through in this book. Zane is really just as crazy as Ty is but he is more undercover with his... He is like a closet physco! I love when you meet all of Ty's family and they are all kinda crazy in their own way just like Ty, but they totally repect thier dad to no end... That is just a country thing... I get that. But what tip the cake for me in the book was the cougar... OMG! Out of all people you just know, Ty is gonna get eaten by a cougar up in the mts... SO funny... This was like the worst vaction ever... but it was supposed to be a vacation to help the two crazy FBI agents get back on track b/c they are failing their phy-evals.
And the wood smex! SUPER HOT!!! I kinda want to see Ty do what he do too!!!!! To bad it was soo dark out there...
Narration was just as good as book one... Great job..
I wouldn't recommend if he didn't want to fall in love with the characters and get addicted to the series. I would tell him to start with the first book. This 3rd installment is an introduction to Ty's family, the idiosyncrasies of its members and explains how Ty grew up to the person he was. This is the book where they finally accepted the reality of how much they mean to each other.
I love both Zane and Ty but my favorite parts were the psychoanalysis of Zane by Deuce .
He got Ty pretty much as I imagined the character.
When Ty finally thought to himself that he was in love with Zane.
I was greatly disappointed that Sawyer Allerde didn't continue on narrating to the remainder of the series. I got used to his performance and he suited the character of Zane and Ty very well.
Wry, masculine, entertaining
The Body by Stephen King because of the camping and dead people. Also Brokeback Mountain because of all the camping and ruggedness.
I think he does Zane the best, most of the characters are performed well.
*Small spoiler alert* The "I love you" moment.
Great listen, shorter in length than the first book, but still with a lot of detail.
The authors tried hard but didn't succeed. For me it's neither thrilling nor erotic. Lengthy story and little development so I didn't mind when it was finished. I wasn't aware that it is a sequel, so knowing the first book might help to enjoy this more. Narration was OK but unremarkable.
Not ending every sentence with an unnecessary adverb
Having every sentence start with the name of a character and every sentence ending with an adverb.
Hard to believe this ever got published.
