Yes because I prefer audio format to written ones. I seem to be able to retain it more and enjoy it more.

I'm didn't laugh or cry.
Narration was better, I believe because the author was the narrator. He spoke passionately at the parts that he was passionate about. There's no substitute for that.
I like to read VERY much .. I'm obsessed with reading I don't have time to actually read a book so I've been a listener for three years now
Maybe in the future just to get some facts revised

It was a very interesting book to listen to although if you want the recipes don't not get the audio part. U was so aggrevated that these were not included because it is a main part of this whole life change.
I love the fact that it was easy to understand and not full of big scientific lingo that the average person would not understand. Dr. F gives you the facts about the negative effects of fat, salt, sugar, dairy, meat and processed foods can have on our bodies. And shows us how a plant rich diet can result in improvements in weight and health.
I will say that, if you are going to use his system, you should buy the hard copy of the book.
Dr. Fuhram is a doctor, not a narrator. I did not expect King Lear...I enjoyed Dr. F's reading of his book.
I think when it hit me that drastic change calls for drastic measures and that if I wanted this, I would have to let things go (i.e. meat, dairy, bread, cookies...). And really, my health is more important that that! I am on week 2 of the 6 week program and I am down 15 pounds!
There is a TON of information in this book, Dr. Fuhrman knows nutrition.
Love him as a doctor, but pretty dry as a narrator..........
This is one book I have done better understanding in print. Don't get me wrong, this man is AWESOME in his research and passion for helping people really understand how nutrition affects us.
Lots of science and information, but still really hard to listen too. I should note, that I had to really make myself sit down, and absorb the book, but it was worth it! If Dr. Fuhrman was lecturing within 200 miles of me, I would be there!

It can't be compared to other books of it's kind and I believe it will become a classic.
Dr. Fuhrman makes a lot of sense. This nutrition aproach can be the cornerstone of a healthy diet.

Though he had an interesting and well thought out message, the delivery was not to my liking. His attitude seemed pompous when he used phraseology similar to "are you with me" - "do you understand" multiple times. Though obvisously he has an understanding of the subject matter, I was irritated at his delivery.
No - would not watch especially if he was the moderator.
Too bad ... for me, the message was lost due to my frustration with the speaker.
It was very informative but needs print reference materials to go along with it.
I am now following the eat to live diet and in 2 weeks have lost 9 pounds and feel amazing.
If I had bought the actual audiobook at a bookstore it would have come with supplemental materials - the charts and graphs referred to by Dr. Fuhrman and the recipes so being an audible customer I am dissatisfied with the fact that i can't at least purchase the kindle version at a discounted price even if whispersync isn't available. How can you read/listen to a diet book and not want to see the corresponding meal plans or recipes that go with it?!? So while i enjoyed this listen and got alot of good information out of it, I feel it is important for buyers to know, you will need to purchase the book to really get the recipes, etc.
I have the book and I was listening and reading this book at the sometime and the unabridged version is missing a chapter. Overall this book is really good. It's very informative. I would recommend this book to anyone who is trying to live healthier.
