Other then the Bible, this book could have the most impact on one's life. If you care at all about your overall health and wellness, this is a must read book. I used to think vegetarians were nuts. After being on this diet for 3 weeks and exercising only 3x per week, I feel like I'm 10 years younger already. All the diet fads got it wrong. Thank you Dr. Furhman!!!

It's a long book but worthwhile listening or reading.I admire the author for his dedication.His advice is perfectly explained.To clarify "diet" as a way of eating instead of a way of depriving yourself was a great concept. I completely agree with his theories of eating mostly greens to lose weight and maintain health.It's funny, I knew all this, but not until reading his book did it make as much sense as it does now. I am definitely on the road to better health because of this book.
