Overall the story was good. The main charter was placed in terrible situation by a no-good man who used her for personal gain and did not care what happen to this woman.
The start of the book holds your interest and keeps you wondering will the main charter get through her trying times.
Overall, willing to purchase other books by this author. Thought the ending was weak.
I used to whistle while I worked. Now I read a book!
It was a compelling story. But due the narration, it was not a good listen. I found myself listening to her stumble and mumble through this so much that I was distracted from the story.
I enjoyed the drama of the growing relationship and the suspense of would they get caught and if so would they survive the discovery.
Too much stumbling over her words. She read for both parts and she actually sounded better as the guy(?). Also, I blame the sound editors, they should have caught a lot of her mishaps. There was even an instance where a sentence was repeated.
Yes, but please do not use this narrator again.
No. Just a good book ruined:-(
I would recommend it because it is a great book. They would have to get past the narrator's swallowing and all of that noise she makes while reading the book.
I loved the plot from beginning to end. It was a cannot put it down type book.
I would love to have heard Simi Howe or Susan Spain narrate this story.
yes it was!!
If you can get past the poor inexperienced narrator, this book is definitely worth listening to.
I liked the fact that it was full of action.
I dont have a favorite character
The narrator was absolutly awful. I think she needs more practice and maybe should have read the book first then recorded it. There was a lot of self corrected mistakes.
This book probably would have been great if the narrator was better.
When kenny found the wire on leah
When they got it on in the car
This book kept my attention the whole time. I didnt want to put the phone down. I wanted to story to keep going. Its worth the credit. Heads up... the narrator seems to be moving around a lot, drinking or something. You can even hear her turning the page. I never heard this on any other audio book.

Thi one on my first audio listenings as well as myy first read by Miasha. Miasha 's Chaser never had a dull moment. It was like sitting on the couch with your best friend tell a very realistic tale about the drama she endured with her insane in the brain boyfriend. Chaser is a true depiction of you get what you deserve and not necessarily you deserve what you get. Miasha solidified the true meaning of regret, growth, and relationships while building each character.
Erica Peeples voice was the perfect fit for her man character. She had the perfect youthfulness yet young adult tone. The reason I gave Miasha a 4 instead of a solid 5 was my concern with how her character's background. Financially it didn't pan out or seem thought out enough. His pockets didn't match his desperation for a few extra dollars and his action that jeopardized what he had seemed a bit farce and the few reading errors but I definitely will continue to read Miasha's work and I will be following Erica Peeples voice to see how she fits into other characters. This was my first but definitely not my last.
