The principles in the book were presented well. I would have enjoyed it more if the author used his own real world examples instead of the fictional story.
After reading the reviews I knew Dan's performance was solid and I wasn't let down. I would look for more books read by him.
I am happy with the purchase and will utilize the principles in the book. I would recommend this book to friends and colleagues.
This is a great book for anyone involved in professional services. It gets to the heart of what makes client relationships rich and fulfilling.
The story line is believable and not overly sappy. I'm not a big fan of the business fable genre but I loved this business fable.
Woren does a great job of story telling. I will look for him again.
I found myself looking for things I could do so I could get in more listening time. Had I read the book in print I think it would have gone down in one sitting.
The story was almost like reading fiction but with a purpose and learning from every line and scene. Such a great approach to business learning.

Everyone can learn from this if your human. It can impact any and all your relationships both professionally and personally.
Well written & narrated. Quick read. Perfectly on point if you want to have business relationships that are enduring and value-based. Outstanding book! We are giving it to all of our producers.
This was a very enjoyable read that also challenged me at the same time. It was a unique and very special combination that frequently made me laugh. The author was able to convey the message in a manner (writing style) that was totally consistent with the message itself, which brought great integrity to it. The writing was from a first person perspective of Jack Bauer, who was forced to learn a new approach to consulting. As we, the reader, follow Jack in his journey, we get to learn his thoughts, empathize with his growth pains and frustrations, learn a new approach, and become transformed in his perspective. It's a soft-sell approach, but very compelling. Narration was easy to listen and complimented the writing style. It kept an upbeat pace, but not too fast.
Finding out he was on speakerphone during the second KNB meeting, and the reason why.
