Center Your Heart through spititual books
As a practitioner of NLP, I search for everything I can find to better my skills. This book simply explains a most powerful view that there is a program to our thoughts, emotions and actions that CAN be altered for the best, in short order. Years of counciling is not needed in many cases.
it was well-versed and had many ideas that everyday people can use in their lives. the author writes in such a way that you feel as if he is talking to you simply and directly. He put in interesting comical moments. I will listen to it probably at least 10 times and Implement these ideas.

I listen to this audio book over and over again. I love the narrator's voice and how enthusiastic he sounds about the book. Also appreciate Richard Bandler's techniques!

I would recommend the book to a friend, but probably not this audiobook. Lists that are essential for key steps are not provided, diluting the helpfulness.
There isn't really a scene in the book. But there are helpful steps to deal with phobias and mindsets.
I will try to return this book, as the audiobook does not provide all the content from the printed book, and this is a major disadvantage and dis-service to the listeners.
If you want to take life by the lapels and take absolute control of your future then study the heck out this book and more importantly, do the exercises.
Getting over fears and phobias as well as creating unstoppable resolve for taking on new productive habits.
No, but he does an OK job as narrator.
