Ilyana Kadushin does a bang up job of narrating this super series. I LOVE audio books and have come to appreciate the talent it takes to narrate, change voices and persona and so on, and to really make you feel like you are IN the book/story. I loved the books as I read them and I loved them equally as I listened to them. AAA+++
"Hi My name is Ali and I'm an Audible addict." "Hi Ali!"
I was overall impressed with the audio of this book comparing it to others I have from the website. The writing and story line is weak overall. Brainless fluff, but it's a tween book tight? I will continue on with the series.
I simply LOVED this book and the entire series. I have listened multiple times. The first time for shear pleasure but subsequent times to pick up the finer details that I missed. Lots of information along with a great love story. Twilight is a great "base" for the subsequent books. Listening helps bring the character alive. GREAT job on the readers part.
I am 40 years old and cant believe i liked this book. It took a little time to get going but i have been told to hold out for all the series, that it only gets better
The story has an interesting premise, but it goes on and on about how much one teenage girl wants one teenage vampire and vice versa. By the time you get to a point in the book where things are picking up, there's about an hour left. I kept listening, hoping to get beyond the teenage lust, but it just dragged on and on and on to the point of nausea. . .This might be better suited for teenage listeners, which is why I'm sure it starts out as "Audible For Kids". Don't waste your credits if you're an adult.
Seriously, how hard is it for a reader to do a simple google search to learn the pronunciation of the place names in the book?
