Reading and listening to books are my life; it helps makes the days go by a lot smoother.
This is an easy listen book...its one of those books that you listen to to pass time, and it becomes interesting the more you read. A very good Mystery it is...I did not supect the person it was, but I wasn't overly shocked either. VERY CUTE!!!
I first read this book on Kindle and fell in love with Sophie Katz. I have tried 3 times to listen to this book, but the narrator is so dry and boring that I can't make it through more than 5 minutes without wanting to pull my hair out and scream. I highly recommend the book as a great summer read, but don't waste your money or credit on this version of the book.
After listening to this audiobook, I'm officially hooked on this series. How could I not love a story about a heavily caffeinated mystery author/amateur sleuth? The mystery had me puzzed. The smoking hot Russian bad boy had me drooling. And the supporting cast of characters kept me thuroughly entertained! The narrator is one of my faves. She really captured the voice and punchy sense of humor of the main character. Definitely worth a credit!
This was a very enjoyable book - what I consider a light, fun read! Kyra Davis made me laugh out loud a few times, which is hard to do. :) I think the narrator did a great job. Will listen to more in this series.
as other reviews have noted - great to do chores to. Don't have to really think about the book. Language is a bit much, not necessary to convey meaning.
I thoroughly enjoyed this listen. The narrator perfectly captures the characters, and their gumshoe chronicles left me in stitches.
the whole time i listened to this book it was one joke after another, i had to pause the book to catch my breath i love this author and this book and i definately reccomend this series!!!
Funny and fluffy romantic mystery. I have laughed harder listening to this book than to any other audible book. The narrator uses a lot of different accents and intonations for different characters and does them well (and consistently).
I tried. I really tried to get interested in this book. But I had a really hard time connecting with the main character, who seemed very shallow and at times, even mean. I think it would have been more tolerable if the narrator hadn't voiced the lead male so badly. I found myself looking forward to it being over just so I could move on to another book.
