Yes very much so wish I had heard it years ago
Love the two choices for the narration
Absolutely, and am presently on my 4th time through.
There are far too many to select just one!
I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the author. Truthfully I thought I'd find him a bit whiny. Far from it, he spoke in a way I could identify with. Additionally, I really liked how they switched the voice of God between a man and a woman, yet there were a couple of times I thought Ed sounded a bit harsh or angry. Generally though, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5.
No, there are huge things to think about everywhere in this book.
This book is focused on your connection with your innermost truth. While certain language in the overview may give an impression of a deeply 'religious' view, it is a deeply 'spiritual' view that can resonate with anyone regardless of your affiliation. I first read parts of this book nearly 15 years ago, and frankly I just didn't 'get'. However, I tried again, a couple of times. The first part of the teaching can be challenging, but you'll soon settle into the cadence of this book, and I guarantee you'll grow as a result.
If you're desperate for an empowering way of looking at the existence of humanity, don't hesitate to free your mind of all encumbrances by pressing play. The narration is also wonderfully recorded. This is a treasure.
After listening to this book, I feel a huge confirmation after reading numerous other self improvement books. I appreciate the one on one experience with the voice of the higher being speaking with the narrator.
First chapter is pretty deep! I had to listen to it twice to catch most of it...still digesting it.
It's an easy listen and the narrator's are very good! I have listened to it completely 2 time now and am on to my 3rd. I really like it.
I really enjoyed this book and found the material easy to understand and except. I have been looking for answers and a direction for some time now and this helped me to understand being as opposed to doing. I would recommend this to anyone who is in search of some higher purpose and not knowing how to go about it.
Seeking truth and joy at every turn....
if this is a true book it's the heaviest book I've ever read its about a guy said he had a conversation with God and all the things that God told him about life and living and heaven and hell and everything else you were ever interested in so I highly recommend you read it and decide for yourself.
