I was amazed to listen to this book and so you know it's impossible to listen to it just once even though its so long audiobook.
This author was ahed of his times...
His laws are to the point and not new age like you tend to see it and read it in many other books. I do believe if you will follow what he says we would all have what we want.
This book should be mandatory in any school. It motivated me to buy this book in paper because the information was so reach and I just couldn't stop the audio to write it down or give it more thought to it.
Read it and you will be happy you did.
Though needs a heavy hand of an editor.
Many hours are passed by blabbering, song reading, sharing us with old world perceptions on the life, etc.
I think that modern women will not appreciate the author’s take on women’s role in her man's life. I also do not believe that Native Americans will appreciate the author’s take on the benefits that the white man brought into their lives, and so on.
Other than that, this course is very inspiring and educating. It's not just about money but will encourage everybody to check their own lives and attitudes.
After reading most of Mr. Hill's "Think and Grow Rich" I assume that the matching audible is much more effective and up to the purpose of whoever has interest in bringing wealth into their lives.
"The Law of Success" is a case of a fine writer in desperate need of a hard-boiled editor. There is some very good content here, buried neath a mountain of drivel.
Surely the secret of life, the universe, and everything is revealed in Part 3, but I can stand no more.
And to audible.com: Keep the money; I want my time back!
I am buying a hard copy as well. I think that having a reference to go to for refreshing your memory. Specially to be able to read the laws over and over again!
Not really. Very redudant
He just repeats himself over and over
Probably not. He was very boring
This is a great book on life's lessons to become rich in life in ways that are not only monetary.
Rich Habits has similar concepts.
He sounds like he has the characteristics of the person the book was written by.
It is way to long to listen to in one sitting. I found myself pausing to take notes of all the great life lessons.
Listening to it at a speed of 1.25 seemed perfect. It is the type of book I would read but it is to long to sit and actually read it. It is perfect for audio and a bargain considering the amount of hours it is. It is a classic everyone should read to improve there life.
I love knowledge, wisdom. I love to be inspired, motivated and encouraged. Business is my passion. One day I will be rich.
I feel both do a great deed. It depends on the digester.
To many to recall, I would have to go back and review.
Im business now, and all that Ive listend has been subconsciously planted and I find myself striving for success than ever before.
This book is a must read or listen, it's very informed on building a network of much needed info no matter what company. needed info that'll help you in all walks of life!
Napoleon Hill's work is excellent. I would say that about 95% is absolutely correct. The only thing I don't agree with is that even though he does mention God in his phylosophy he doesn't give him appropriate credit. Also a few things such as telepathy and such does not agree with God's purpose for mankind. God created man with a tremendous ability, but man will always be "man" and will do great things "within" the human realm. Other than that, his phylosophy is excellent based on many bible principles. Dale Carnegie's work on the other hand does give God more credit, even mentioning his name "Jehovah".
I would recommend "in addition to reading the bible" reading both Napoleon Hill and Dale Carnegie's work. Even if you don't care about God or religion this book will help you.
