I was unable to listen through, it's message is so powerful I found it necessary to stop, back up and listen. As though I'd hit a train track! A brilliant book that opens up my favorite biblical author, "Paul," in a way i'd not known before. I kept backing up, replaying, and replaying areas until I'd virtually memorized the text. All to my benefit, and appreciation.
I'd eagerly recommend this book to readers who want to reach deeper into the treasure chest of biblical study and attain an excellent gift of the Master's message.
Chapter four astounded me. It made me fully aware of how believers are bestowed with God's grace.
Very good at depicting the real Christian life. I listened to this twice and will listen again. As a long time follower of Christ this was a great refresher on what Christ has done and what I need to do/don't need to do.
It challenged me to look at my life as a Christian
The Holy Spirit
The Apostle Paul
Excuse me, what's NORMAL?
this book is for believers and non-believers its for PEOPLE
I enjoyed reading this book and found it very insightful and informative. I have read many of Watchman Nee's books earlier in my life and enjoyed this background information as to his life and the circumstances of the writing of several of his books. I would recommend it to any reader of Watchman Nee or reader of Christian biographies.
Base on the truth of the Word of God.
Over all book is very good.
Oh yes! Several times. The truths in this book have to be thought through carefully. If you only understand half of this book, you will end up with half a truth, which can easily become a horrible lie. But the whole truth in Watchman Nee’s book will give the Christian a deep sense of joy.
If I could, I would have listened to the whole thing in one sitting. But there is so much to think about, that’s really not possible.
