Content is very helpful, but the voice of the author, which in one respect makes him great for guided meditation, also makes him hard to listen to for extended periods of time due to the somewhat monotone quality.
The material was difficult to digest withe the woo-woo hippie background music. Some of the concepts were lost in this format. I would not recommend.
I have two other of this author's book which he narrates. The sound on this recording is very poor where the others are not. I also have the CD of this book and it was fine, so I can't understand what happened to this one. It's distracting to listen to because of the substandard sound quality.
As a fan of Eckhart Tolle I have been looking for even more practical guides on being present. I am encouraged to continue not only in my daily attempts (practice) of yoga but am also renewing my commitment to mindful meditation.
