Zig has never done a book that I did not enjoy. Great presenter and the most positive person I've ever listened to. Possibly the most motivating speaker you could find. I enjoy his style of presentation.
I love AUDIBLE! I never get mad at traffic jams and can listen to many different books, despite my short time.
Zig Ziglar was one of the best motivational speaker of the world. I read many of his books and they inspired me a lot. In this audio "How to Stay Motivated- Developing the Qualities of Success" he records his public speakings and put them together. Well, he repeats many stories, many jokes, and I thought that in some of his lectures the audio was not as good as others, but overall it is worth the listening. Zig was great, and his lively, sharp personality exhales in this book.
Zig gets you fired up and ready to face life. He does not hold back on any punches and truly want to see you over the top. He shows this in his passion as he presents. To read How to Stay Motivated would no be as effective.
Definitely will lift you up and get you motivated!
Motivation is like bathing - it does not stay for long, that's why we need it daily!
The speech is repetitive, yet it's one of the core points of the author - you have to repeat these motivational things again and again.
Joyce Meyers Seven Things that Steel Your Joy. The thing about both of these books, is you wake up the next day feeling motivated...not really knowing why but you are somehow changed and happy.
It allows me the time to absorb while I sleep as well as listening to while I work.
There are touchpoints through out the entire book.
Zig may be with the Lord now, but we have been blessed to have his works to grown and much like Carnege, Zig is a timeless inspiration.
Yes, absolutely! It is definitely a book that should be treated as a desktop staple.
The humor and the universal message
No, this was my first.
Almost everything. Wonderful life advice
I'm 26 and i'm weird. since i was 15 i fell in love with reading but only financial books and things that can teach me something.
Zig Ziglar has that thick country accent, which might annoy some but for me being from the south it is normal. He is an incredible story teller. He tells you everything as it is and you can tell he really means and feels about what he talks about.
in the opening lines, he asks the audiences, if they would agree that they control what happens to them and how they react. Indirectly having every single person realize that they control everything they do.
positivity and optimism can control you. being blindly positive, or optimist to the point where you ignore the negative consequences completely will hurt you in the long run.
pay attention and realize that you control the outcome defined by choices
The top motivational book I have heard/read in sometime. I just connect with Zig over other speakers.
It is one of the best I have listened to.
The narrator has a great voice and tells his stories in way that you really get invested.
Absolutely I did laugh.
Fantastic audio book!
I love books that helps me grow.
It's a lot about being positive and having a good mindset. He keeps you entertained with jokes throughout the whole book. The only negative thing I can say it was irritating every so often they would have this please do not copy or distribute this audio recording in anyway I got the point the first time don't need hear it 10 times.
