I loved everything about this book. It was sad, exciting, happy, heart wrenching and everything in between. Rivers has such a way with words and the narrator brought the story to life.
I cried several times throughout this book. It pulls at your heartstrings and you really fall in love with the characters. It was witty too and there were some times of comedic relief.
Nothing I would have picked for myself but when my friend recommended it to accompany our Hosea Bible study I couldn't put it down!!! Absolutely breath taking, life changing. I was sad to come to the ending.
Hi, I'm Devvie and I love books. Always have, always will, in all their forms. My favorite genres are Fantasy, Romance, and Historical Fic.
This was another of Francine Rivers' great novels, I've loved her work since first reading her Mark of the Lion series. Just wonderfully written, deeply researched, eloquent...she's very good at reaching her audience on a deep and personal, life-changing level.
the main character is so rich that she felt like a part of me. this book is a real glimpse into a tortured soul and the redemption of True Love.
Enjoyed the book; it was repetitive, but I understand why. I can read and hear God loves me, but I need to hear this over and over to one day understand it and believe it.
The performance of the speakers to express the feelings and attitudes of each character in their voices was mind blowing. Michael never questioning his faith and his unconditional love for Angel made me believe in happy ever after.
