the great thing about this book is that he not only points out the issues that many leaders (including myself) struggle with but he also does a fabulous job and giving real examples of how to improve without overwhelming yourself.
I also like how he continues to give even more great usable information at the end of the book so you don't want to miss any chapters.
Yes, I liked this for the content and the way t was presented. An audio book is made or ruined by the person reading it. I liked the reader and the material talked about.
I liked the stories or examples of real life situations that the author explains. He goes beyond and I related to situations that he spoke of. We all been through them.
no, but I will now.
I learned to simply keep my mouth shut and stoo giving my 2 cents when it is not needed. Just say thank you, thats all.
I strongly urge people like me (ADD, ADHD adults) and leaders or managers of all types to listen to this.
Very good advise for anyone that is trying to maneuver their way through the corporate jungle. A lot of obstacles to success are behavioral and he outlines the most obvious ones. Funny how some small changes can make big differences. Will listen to again. Wish I could afford him as a coach!
I highly recommend this book to anybody who is looking to sharpen their leadership skills specifically regarding pruning out bad habits that you have developed to take your leadership to the next level
