On the very top!
The battle going on at the end.
Yes, she is my favorite narrator and this is performance was one of her best!
From start to end this book holds your attention. I look forward to listening to this many times in the future!
Book 3 of the Mortal Instruments is another good addition to the series and I thought Casandra Clare could have stopped with book 3, leaving the series as a trilogy with out leaving any loose ends.
I would and have recommeded this book to friends. It is a very fun read and gives a new twist on vampires and werewolves, while introducing us to the Shadow Hunter. This series has kept me excited and aching for the next book. I can't wait until the movies come out!
What usually draws me into a book is the characters. I really love the characters in this book and actually feel like I know them. Their relationships with each other are profound and allow the reader to feel as if they are actually apart of the story.
I'm not sure if I can pick my favorite scene, but I think one of the coolest parts is when Clary discoveries her ability to create new runes of power.
yes! I had a hard time stopping. I usually listen while I clean, and I can definitely say I was finding excuses to clean my home more often. My husband loved it:)
While I enjoyed reading this book, and felt the action side of the book was good I don't think I'll be going out and buying the next book in the series. I was hoping for more with Clary and Jace. Not that I was expecting or needing love scenes, but at lease more affection between them after 3 books.
Some books cross the boundaries of age (e.g. Harry Potter, even Hunger Games and maybe Twilight), and some do not. If I were reviewing this book for a teenage audience, I'd give it higher marks, unfortunately I was looking for something with a little more depth.
This story continues to give you nugget of happiness that sometimes work out while other moments you are holding your breath. I am sad that I done with this 3rd book. Going in search of the 4th.
She did a great job! I got lost in the story and didn't focus on her performance.
Exciting, new direction
This is the calm before the storm. The story goes from
Being a love story to being a story of war.
I would listen to City of Glass again to see if I can catch anything I missed the first time. I can't wait to start the next book.
Luke: the lovable uncle that might not be what he seems.
I laughed out loud to several descriptions of Valentine. :)
I love a good book but thanks to dislexea i suck at reeding speling and ya. so bring on audio fiction!
if you like harry potter twilight and the hunger games you will enjoy thiss book. it is full of adventure romance and magic!
