I love all Janet Evanovich books!
I love the mix of mystery and comedy. It is so much fun!
She does a great job of giving a different voice for each character.
I loved it all!!!
I have a list of all Janet Evanovich books and I check them off as read or listened to.
Lorelei King IS Stephanie Plum. Her voices run true to each of the characters, which are nicely drawn by Evanovich. I can relate to Plum, her self-doubt, her neuroses - in other words, she's not superwoman, she's just another woman with issues, who happens to have the hots for two very hot men, a grandmother who should have her own TV show, a father who has retreated into his own tiny bubble to protect himself from the strange women in his life, a mother who believes pineapple upside-down cake cures everything. Every character in these stories is memorable, even those with supporting roles. I can hardly wait for the next Plum novel to come out!
I am loving the series and it still continues to entertain.
It is hard to chose my favorite character, but grandma and Lula cracks me up!
Lorelei King is amazing! The book would not be the same without narration.
An avid audible book listener!
Twelve Sharp reveals more about the mysterious Ranger Manoso and in doing so reveals more about Stephanie. The character really start to come together!
I love Joe Morelli's temper!
Kind of the angsty book in the series, with lots of highs and lows!
I am a devoted mother and a passionate grandmother. I defend my family to the death . I have finally graduated college and earned a degree.
Huge Stephanie Plum fan and love love love this book! 12 is one of the greatest!
Love Romance, Suspense, strong character development a must. Authors I go to: Erik Larson (NF), Stephen King, Suzanne Brockmann, Susan Elizabeth Phillips,
Grandma Mazur pops in with her always hilarious one liners and we have plenty of Ranger and Morelli. The plot is strong centered around the mysterious Ricardo Carlos Manoso...who needs to use Stephanies apartment as a safe house. But don't think Morelli is out of the picture. He is definitely in and makes no bones about what he'll do to Ranger if he crosses the line.
This book was funny, entertaining and a quick read. I liked the narration and the characters. This was not a complicated story but had enough quirky characters that it kept you interested.
Sweet, funny, and exciting at times. Characters are enjoyable and easy to relate. If you need a break from all the serious, academic, readings that many of us spend time in, it's a very enjoyable 'read'.
This is a favorite series of mine's and I always look forward to the next one.The narrator does a great job too.
