Fast paced and authentic. Hard to put down. Well narrated. Description of trial strategies and courtroom drama better than most, but a little over the top in places. Ending somewhat disappointing, and several threads left untied.
Brilliant. I guage my liking of an audio book on the amount of time that I continue to listen after I parked my car. This one kept me in my garage for extended periods!
Marine One started strong, and finished strong. A good listen from start to finish. Narration was good, and the book kept me guessing on how things might turn out. The ending was not my favorite with his politics inserted, but other than that, I highly recommend this one.
I have to agree with Richard from an earlier post. Not only did the story crash faster than the chopper did, the tying-up of the mystery was so contrived it belied comprehension. As with Richard, I could not wait until it was over.
This book sounded like a real thriller, but it is, in fact, a snoozer. Instead of a search - for - the - truth kind of book, the author spends most of the time describing "tip weights", and how important they are for the helicopter to fly. I thought I was listening to a product manual. Skip it.
