Absolutely Brilliant. My mind and body seems to love it because I can never get to the end. When I wake up in the morning, I feel like I slept for days and feel very rejuvenated.

I've tried out 5 relaxation/sleep audios and this is my absolute favorite. It's been about 2 weeks now, and I am to the point where I am sleeping peacefully before I get to the end of the track. BTW, this CD comes with two tracks--to be alternated--or not if one is preferred. If you are having a hard time getting to sleep--mind racing, restless, etc.--this audio book is very soothing & relaxing. I would highly recommend giving it a try.
It was magical and I would recommend this to anyone who wanted sound sleep.

This audio book talks to you as you relax and begin to fall asleep. Highly recommend. All you have to do is listen to Mr Harrold and a good nights sleep will soon be yours. Highly recommend.
Like any meditation, you have to concentrate. But I suffer from sleep insomnia and therefore have a ton of headaches. After I started meditating before I sleep, I have not had a headache and I am able to find sleep.
Deep Sleep is one of the best relaxation audiobooks I've listened to. I was in an auto accident and suffered a brain injury. I had a difficult time sleeping due to racing thoughts and pain would also wake me numerous times a night. It took a couple weeks listening to it for my brain to get in the habit of relaxing and following the a healthier sleeping pattern. It has been over a year and I use it almost every night.
Glenn Harrold's voice is very soothing and relaxing. It is easy to follow his direction.
I try to follow the suggestion not to eat or drink liquids right before bed. I really like the guided imagery of the garden.
This book is not an instant magic cure for insomnia but it helps get your mind and body in a regular sleeping habit and pattern. I rely on it almost every night to get to sleep as well as if I wake up during the night. It helps me fall back asleep within minutes.

The narrators voice is very relaxing. By the end of the first chapter I was feeling very relaxed and by body was heavy like a log but not yet asleep. I was too worried that I would ruin my headphones if I fell asleep with them on.
Also, I've been taking over the counter sleeping pills for the past two weeks and decided that I wanted to stop taking them and instead opted to try hypnosis. This could have been a factor in why I didn't fall asleep.
I downloaded the book to my Android phone via Audible's app and the annoying "This has been an Audible presentation" at the end of the book never played. So that was a pleasant surprise.
