Not sure of a single memorable moment, but Chris brings to light that the initial offer of free does hold value and the concept has been used by business for ages.

For those who do not understand how a company can offer a product or service for free and still make a profit; this book should clear it up. Makes you get what you pay for a wive's tale. Starting with free can often deliver the best value and return for the long term.

The idea of using free in your business is good and learning that free means more without a catch.

Good anaylis of Freeconomic business models. Really well read and enjoyable book. Also the price is right. Will probably buy some of Chris Anderson's other books when I have a chance. Get it and give a listen.... it is free!

Definitely a great book for anyone interested in the concept of free and the digital age.
