This book brings key elements of human nature to focus. It provides valuable information oen success full human interaction in all aspect of life. In my view a must for all sales/service professionals.
This is a common sense book about human relations that every person should read. For years, I avoided this book because The title made me think that the book was going to show me how to manipulate people, but the opposite is true. The author simply teaches us how to arrange and present ourselves in such a way as to bring out the best in others. I have recommended this book to everyone from family members to students and coworkers.
There were a few stories in this book that had me feeling emotional after realizing all the mistakes that I had made dealing with my family. I have changed!
First of all, this wasn't written by the rich Andrew Carnegie you are probably thinking of. It is small amounts of common sense wrapped in lots of crap. What's with all the name dropping? Like that is supposed to impress me or convince me to believe anything this guy has to say. I guess people back in the early 1900's fell for this stuff. The material is very dated and not very practical in today's global economy. I gave up after listening to only half of it.
I loved it! It was amazing. I really you enjoy the content, the readers voice! It has great importance have aspects on business, life, spiritual and mental!
