It seems as though he has picked every word and every sentence perfectly to communicate his ideas. I thoroughly enjoy every word he says and the ideas that he presents.
This title was much more than just how to close a sale. It really encourages you to become the best person you can be in order to help those that need your goods or services. Not only that but it gives you hundreds of examples, scenarios, and conversations on how to achieve that. I would highly recommend it and I'm not an amateur sales person. I will be looking into more books by Mr. Ziggler.
Whether you're a pro or a beginner salesperson, this series is a must have! The price of this audiobook is too little for what I got from it in sales and commissions as a result of the implementation of the various techniques and tips on selling.
I never got this 20 years ago such clear demonstrations of sales humor and poignant truths well done will give to my children to read!

True, not everything that Zig talks about in this book is going to be useful, but that's why he gives everyone so many options. Mostly Zig talks about staying motivated as a salesperson, doing it for the right reasons and not giving up when you know you can help someone. Zig was a national treasure and this book was awesome.
Not only is Zig inspirational, he uses all his experience in sales to help you be the very best you can be at sales. He covers every aspect of sales including the technical, emotional, psychological and physical aspects in an easy to use pragmatic fashion. Best book I have had, and I have read a lot.
Mr. Ziglar's voice is very hard on the ears. It would have been better to have an actor read this book. Otherwise, very informative.
