I love Marc Thompson but this recording skips so many times its ridiculous. Whole scenes are ruined because I have no idea what is going on.
If audible puts up a better version of this recording the book would be great
I loved the history of the falcon, but at the end was dissatisfied.
Every turn of events during the search was great. I love that the falcon had as much history as it did.
Narration was as expected, I enjoyed it overall, does exactly what you expect. Mostly back story into the falcon. Not a bad ending but it doesn't really reveal anything important to the Star Wars universe. It was interesting how the ship is more tied into the overall epic than originally imagined. So if ur looking for a quick star wars fix, Look no further but if you want some serious fiction with epic battles and some expansion to the Jedi mythos. Keep looking.
I loved the rich history of the millennium falcon. The worst part was the abrupt lazy ending. I feel it was written by a ninth grade creative writing student that didn't know how to end the story. cheap and lame.
He has a good range of voices. I enjoy his work.
I'm torn. it was, until the ending cheapened the book.
the book should have ended as book 1 of a trilogy. that way, the author could expand on the story and not take a lazy way out.
This is such a wonderful history of the famed Millennium Falcon. It gives a rich and unexpected timeline of the ship we all love. I loved this book. It was a little low on action, but full of content. I might listen to it again.
