This book opened my eyes to some ground-breaking ideas that Chet has proven to work. Just wait until you learn about his Dream 100 - that idea alone is worth many times the price of what you'll pay to get this information.
He's sharp, focused, and has great ideas no matter what size company you have or business you're in. This goes to the top of my recommended list. Immediately!
PS: Be prepared to listen/read this several times: there's just WAY too much to capture the first time through.
I first thought this was just a "sales improvement" book. It is much more than that. It deals with every aspect of a business, leadership, managment, optimal performance and getting results. The book is very indepth, rich and provides 'take aways' after 'take aways'. I don't suffer fools (books) very well, discriminating about what I read/listen and rate this book as a "must read" to any manager or leader of high performance teams, espcially sales.
There is a lot of practical, applicable advise in this book. Thanks to the engaging reading of Anthony Heald I enjoyed listening to the complete 9 hours of insight.
The reader was terrible, I'm not sure if he was told to sound like a pompous know it all but he surly succeeded if he was.

Most of the information was not new or really helpful for a small business owner. Im' not sure how there are so many 5 star reviews but I suspect there was some sort of competition run.
please listen to the preview first and ask yourself can I listen to this guy for 10 hours??

This audio book was fantastic! The combination of Chet's brilliant stories/writing and the narrator's voice made this one of the most enjoyable and educational audio books I've ever listened to. If you are in sales or are a sales manager, then you need this book! Even if you're not in sales, you still need this book! It is absolutely essential if you want to be the best and make more money than you ever thought was possible. All of the principles in the book are easy to digest and implement in your own life and career. Do yourself a gigantic favor and purchase this book! You need this book! I am going to listen to it 10 more times.
Some of the material is basic. While other material, like the Dream 100, is invaluable. It's worth the cost of the book just to learn how to acquire this small number of ideal clients.
Whether starting out or looking to improve your sales, this book has it all. It's my first sales book I've read. Cannot imagine another book doing any better.
I've read dozens of sales, marketing, management and leadership books. Many of them have a lot of the same general material. This is one of the few that really breaks down HOW to accomplish each objective outlined. I plan to use this as a workbook and reference it often.
