I really enjoyed this simple business book. It is a nice change from the straight forward business books I have been reading. Reminds me of the Monk who sold his Ferrari. If you enjoy storytelling and business this is a fun listen.
Several made me think of my own experiences.
Did not read the print version. For me; I love audiobooks. It's like going to a movie, but in many ways it's better. In my minds eye, I am the director.
The message of this book is simple, yet very powerful... THANK YOU!
For the most part
This is a great book for young and old. Especially young adults and teenagers. If they could learn and apply these principals in life and business, they would have tremendous success and most importantly, happiness.
I finished the book today, and what a great book! If you have not listen to this yet, get It!
An audible addict:)
The great bussiness tips
The Dreamgiver by Bruce Wilkinson. Both books reveal great life skills
Yes yes yes and then I would get up, sit down and listen to it again!!!
Enjoyable, easy story to listen to with good lessons to glean for life
Nothing overly special
A lovely book based on a clever story of one more transformation in the business world of a hardened business guy discovering his inner desire to give to the world rather than get. Nothing earth shattering rather a nice reminder that life IS about giving and not just getting.
It's not often that I read a book in novel form such as this and come away really thinking differently. I would put this book in the same category as "The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team" - but the story itself is really interesting in and of itself. The principles within are solidified through it - it has a parable-like impact. Great listen.
Business books can be painfully dry. This one is written as a story, is brief and is memorable. It will be particularly helpful for those in the midst or beginning of a sales career.
The 7 Levels of Communication - another business book in novel format.
