This book was so pretentious that I could hardly finish it. I liked all the other Cross books but in this one Cross was so obnoxious regarding his abilities that he is even disrespectful and condecending to the President of the United States. I viewed Cross as intelligent and self assured but this was too much. Also, the new narrator wasn't as good.
I was just about to lose faith in Patterson, but at least he has kept the integrity of Alex Cross unlike his other new books. Very good story and well read.
As a huge fan of Alex Cross, I, Alex Cross, did not disappoint. If they make any more Alex Cross movies they definitely must use Morgan Freeman. The narrator sounded just like him. Even thou it was a reach to go that deep into the White House, it was still a good listen.
Say something about yourself!
This is the second Patterson's book I read, and I really think is going to be the last one.
It is kind of cheesy.
