This is a classic Nora Roberts read. I love her novels as they keep me entertained and wanting to know what will happen next.
For me, I am a lover of wine and visit wine country often. I was fun to learn a little about the vines and wine making.
Nora Roberts has become one of my favorite authors. Each story is different and I always learn something new. This time it's about the growing of the grapes for the different types of wine. The love stories she mixes in are always fun.
I have enjoyed every book of Nora Roberts I have read & this was no exception. Whilst not an earth shattering plot, it was well written & easy to listen to.
I really enjoy Nora Roberts easy going writing style and this book did not disappoint. I was really able to get into the family politics of this one too.
I loved this book! It had multiple romances as well as a dramatic story line and a plot that ended in a twist I never expected!
I absolutely loved this book! The story had me gripped and the performance was fantastic. I was rather sad when it finished! It was well worth it and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
12 step program please. I am addicted to Audible! I love trashy sexy books, award winning novels and everything between. Bring it!
Everything could have been better about this story. I tried and I tried and I just couldn't finish the audio.
I love Nora, and this is one of my favorites. I also really enjoyed the reader. This book has everything you could want in a Robert's novel. Amazing characters, plot, sub-plot, and mystery, plus a nice twist at the end that I didn't even guess and usually I am pretty good at guessing the twists. The reader is fabulous, lovely voice and she did a nice job with the accent. I have listened to it twice now in less than a month, and will probably listen to it again before the year is out.

I have come to enjoy the new type of books Nora Roberts is writing. The romantic suspense is much easier to read than her previous romances.
The Villa has a great cast of characters and Ms. Roberts does a good job of keeping them straight and organized with regard to the story. The premise of The Villa was interesting and I found all of the secondary characters necessary and well-developed.
I have to admit though, I figure Tyler to be the main male protagonist/hero, but found David to be a much more likeable and admirable hero. The three generations of women were refreshing in their strength and the kids added a wonderfully light touch to the story.
Overall, a great listen. And I do enjoy Laural Merlington's narration. She has a talent for the variety of voices that adds depth to the audio version not found in the print version.
I really enjoyed this. It was a good, easy read. Not completely predictable, but it's exactly what you'd expect from Nora.
