I have spent hours reading and listening to Robin's teachings, and this audio book is a great summary of what he preaches. His no-non-sense approach to life and leadership is incredibly powerful. My life had drifted into mediocrity in the last few years and his message has given me the boost that I was searching for to get back to chasing my greatest life.
I truly appreciate his devotion to his craft of giving other people the tools they are looking for to succeed in their own lives.
If you like this audio book, you will love all the other material he has published.
I see Robin as I see myself. He is truly honest and understands that leadership ain't about telling people what to do or stepping on others to succeed. It's about helping others grow and then you grow with them! Putting yourself second and everyone else last is the best thing a true leader could do
this was a great listen on the way into work! these are lessons to use in all aspects of a person's life not just in the workplace.
This guy has it right. Seriously worth the listen. I was thoroughly impressed with how he brought everything he said to the table in a down to earth kind of way!
The advice is all things you have heard before. Illustrated with quaint stories about how we should be more like kids.
In the end, he says we need to invest in ourselves by paying for a monthly subscription.
The book is more a list of experiences the author had. Not much new about leadership.
If everyone is a leader, then why do you say there are mediocre organizations? I guess you mean that everyone has the potential to become a leader.
