Robin is very upbeat and enthusiastic. This book helped me realize things that I can do right now to better myself and therefore be a better leader. There is a small self promoting section which I didn't care for, but everything else was well worth the time spent, so much so that I've listened to it twice.
Where exactly were the examples of Extraordinary Leadership? This book is mostly fluff about "try harder". Although it's presented in a more pleasant fashion than some other business writers like, cough, Grant Cardone, cough. At one point he goes on about making small improvements every day, and how much that ends up being after a month and a year. Yes, we all get that. The concept isn't difficult, the execution side is where most people have trouble. I feel this book was a little short on tips that could actually help you lead.
ive followed robin sharma 6 years ago alot there was a leadership for everyone online program.. i liked it then it was also economic well cant find it now 😀 i will be on the lookout though 😉
He gave great informative advice. It was to the point and not drawn out and filled with fluff. He didn't go in great details about the points people needed to be brush up their leadership qualities. And it wasn't necessary. I think some of these self help books go over the top by going into details when their message is simple.
This book was packed with great information and most importantly to the point!
I'm Kevin from Shanghai,China and I LOVE BOOKS!! I also appreciate audible for all the amazing audiobooks
okay for a pep talk, but nothing really insightful here. stories do not seem very convincing, advices are platitudes very commonly found in other books (most of them fluffy and impractical). what really annoys me is that the author is constantly namedropping and trying to sell the reader his other products/online subscription courses.
