Like my title says, just keep reading. It takes a bit to get into it, but it is well worth the time.
This narrator is boring and makes the book sound sad. I forced myself to listen to part one hoping he would improve. He didn't. It was too difficult to get a feel for the story so i will not comment on it.Listen to the sample carefully before you buy this audio book.
Scott bricks voice is very, very, "special" it is always the same. The voice works for some books very well, others not so much. At the end of the day this is a great book and I look to more in the series. IF... you have listened to brick before and gotten used to his voice... THEN you will like this book, if your not used to it and are not willing to spend 3 hours getting used to it... you will not like this book. It "is" a great book! If you don't listen to it "read it"
I'm a big fan Anderson and Brick, but deleted the book after a few hours. Way to many strange names and history to keep it straight.
