disappointment, get "the untethered soul" by michael singer, you won't be disappointed
The information is valuable. I recommend the book to anyone searching for answers about life.
Someone who does not sound arrogant and bossy. It was a constant exercise to put my annoyance at her demeanor aside.
I still recommend this book, just be warned of the grating performance. Some of my colleagues feel the same, others are fine with it.
Caroline bounced around a lot in her description of a sacred heart throughout the book. For someone that's trying to connect and understand the soul I found it very difficult to follow her erratic thought process.
I found this book very difficult to enjoy. Therefore I cannot describe a single thing I enjoyed or can reflect on.
Caroline could have stayed on topic...finished one topic then move on to the next.
I LOVE Amazon!
Although I own the book, I wanted to "cheat" a bit and listen rather than actually "read" it and I have to say that after hearing Caroline Myss's voice (dry and lackluster) I opted to read the book instead. It's a great book, Caroline's voice is irritating so I couldn't finish the audible.
she had a great energy to her voice - sincere - not detached
yes and no
The idea of a predestined contract that begins before we "incarnate" is way more than I can subscribe to whether Christian or atheist; nothing of the "contract" is based in fact and could have been made up by anyone. Not for me......
I rate this book ** because it was so interesting at first, but then the author took off into la-la land with New Age-y, oriental-ish jargon and pseudo spirituality and I just had to turn it off. I have to agree with the writer of the first review: If you are a realist, don't bother with this.
Gives you something to think about, I liked it. Not suited if you don't believe in your live being part of a learning process or you are to scientific....
