I feel like i'm in a different place, very relaxing and prepares you for the affirmations...does it actually work, I haven't felt tired lately and i'm exercising again...
I haven't been able to listen to the whole thing. :) Guess it's doing it's trick? I do fall asleep more completely, rest well, and wake up refreshed. Not sure how much more energy and motivation it gives me, but if a restful night is precious to you (it is me) it's well worth the download.
yea i never had such a beautiful deep sleep....i dont know if ive gained motivation or energy. but i have tried it alot of time now and i get knocked out in a matter or minutes. so if you want a wonderful sleep try it.

Never saw the print version, but this audiobook was great!
I went to my afternoon nap with this on. For a few minutes, I was passively listening, engrossed in some other thoughts of my own. I have no idea as to when I started paying attention, but my entire body seemed to grow light. I wasn't completely sleeping, I still shifted in my bed occasionally. But I lost most of what he said, at least I wasn't listening consciously. It was only when Glenn started counting towards the end of Chapter 1 that I came back to senses. When Glenn said that I would be fully and wide awake, I thought he was joking. I always felt drowsy and irked after my afternoon nap, I was never motivated to get out of my bed. However when I opened my eyes, it felt different. I wanted to test the claim by trying to sleep again. Nope, I wasn't able to. I gave up and got out of bed, and instead of feeling sluggish, I felt energetic and strode along like I was brisk walking.
This is my first book of this sort, and I am truly amazed that this worked. I am going for the Procrastination related book now, I so need to beat Procrastination!
I was really skeptical at first about hypnosis, but I thought why not. After first time listen I felt an inner peace and strong sense of well being. I have listened now for 3 days for 3 Times a day and the transformation is great all my anxiety is gone along with my negativity. I feel positive and uplifted in all aspects of my life.
