The diaphragm breathing exercise... I use it in the situations he explains at the beginning.
I never got to the end... I always knock out and wake up the next morning with (lol, this is messed up) with more energy and I am motivated to do things.

I feel like i'm in a different place, very relaxing and prepares you for the affirmations...does it actually work, I haven't felt tired lately and i'm exercising again...
I haven't been able to listen to the whole thing. :) Guess it's doing it's trick? I do fall asleep more completely, rest well, and wake up refreshed. Not sure how much more energy and motivation it gives me, but if a restful night is precious to you (it is me) it's well worth the download.
yea i never had such a beautiful deep sleep....i dont know if ive gained motivation or energy. but i have tried it alot of time now and i get knocked out in a matter or minutes. so if you want a wonderful sleep try it.
Helped me considerably. I was a very nervous flyer. I purchased this and listened every night at bedtime for several week prior to flying. I found flying comfortable and was even able to sleep on the plane. I would certainly recommend this. It worked for my sister also. Pretty amazing.
I didn't feel hypnotized. The affirmations were good. But there are better CDs on the market. Just being told to feel more motivated doesn't work, I'd hoped for something deeper.
