The narration and every word
It is a book which you can read over and over again to further process and understand the details of the book and best over of all- how to relate such ideas and thoughts to life. After having listened to it once, I look forward to listening to it again in the near future. This book will not only help cal, your inner thoughts but to also rub off on to those around you. A highly recommended book if you're looking for self improvement.
The true question is what didn't I learn? In all aspects of this book, it speaks so much truth and enlightens the mind and soul in so many ways. You learn to look at things in different aspects and to let go of moments and situations which would usually anger you.
Recommended to those of all ages, as we all need to continuously learn and develop our own thoughts.

Dr. Carlson's voice quality is engaging and comforting. A great book and at the same time sad knowing he is no longer with us. His eloquent words and simple ideas live on though in this classic book.
