I think I can apply some of these strategies. Just listening them make me feel hopeful that I can be more at peace. Although some of them seem to overlap an repeat the same concept.
This book has changed my life. Never has a book rang more true and given such sound guidance on how to manage the stress of "small stuff". I am forever grateful that Richard Carlson wrote this book and I was able to listen to it on Audible. Highly recommend!!
It flows nicely with good examples and the breaks with the female voice works well.
Great book, but make sure you read it the right way. The helpful tips are like fine wine. Sip them and swish them around. Don't be in a hurry. Read a few minutes per day and it will change the way you move through your day.
This book contains a lot of useful tips on how to deal with adverse and stressfull situations and how to lead a more peaceful life with what you got.
I would recommend it to anyone. Ive been using his advice to improve my stress level and communication. I feel it's working!
