Top 10 and I have read/listened to many books
It was Fun.
I liked his voice. Sincere
Laugh. A LOT !!!
It does open your eyes on another level to what you usually hear about body language. Very real and usable information.
I recently started a new job that requires me to meet with many different people on various levels within the organization. This book gave me numerous good tips to make a good first impression. I have used many of the suggestions within this book, and all I can say is so far so good!
Mommy Wife Engineer
I'm more of the Dale Carnegie type...
A very breathy voice... hard to follow.
Mildly entertaining. Didn't finish listening to.
This book seemed like it would be great, but the narrator is hard to understand. English accents are great but he reads kind of fast. Also, if I try to slow down th audible it gets echo-de.
Story content was ok
Need better narration. I had to replay many sections.
Yes. It's a perfect compliment to "charisma myth". Applicable for anyone dealing with the public, interviewing, presenting, or meeting new clients.
I really enjoyed the book. it was written vividly, read very well and really effectively and efficiently gave me new tools AND they work..
I have listened to it twice and it helps to absorb what you started practicing...
REALLY GOOD :)
ask more questions about other people
Very useful book if you are looking to build your relations with others. Includes some philosophies from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the book is a good intro to that as well.
Different media, I find it difficult to compare. The audio book is excellent.
Clear and easy to listen to.
Learning to pick up on people's sensory preferences and speak to them using those preferences.
A really worthwhile book.
I did not like the fact that you had to do some excerises with other people, I was working alone. I think we all want to be liked and we all need to work on our social skills and although there were a few tips to help oneself, I did not think there were many that really helped.
I did think some of the exercises were silly...
