I did not like the fact that you had to do some excerises with other people, I was working alone. I think we all want to be liked and we all need to work on our social skills and although there were a few tips to help oneself, I did not think there were many that really helped.
I did think some of the exercises were silly...
I love this book - the narrator was easy and entertaining to listen to, and the ideas were fascinating! I have listened to this book a few times now, and I very much enjoy applying his concepts to my own life! Highly recommended.
Concise, Effective, Entertaining
I was able to use the things I learned immediately. It's great and it covers a lot in a very short amount of time. Any doubts? Get it. Return it if you don't like it. But don't worry. You won't want to. :)
Well i read this book before and having it narrated made it even better. Ever wondered how some person are able to make friends in an instant well this book will give you the skills you need to do so.
Defiantly will remember this book. Its will forever be in my library.
Great book and its worth listening to.
Well narrated, substantive, and useful right out of the box.
Author is interesting and provides real life comparisons of situations and applications. Touches on NLP , not overdone w/ psycho babble
I'm an NLP fan, and this book nicely puts to practice this fabulous theory. Excellent audio book.
I didn't pay much attention to the narration. This is a non-fiction work. I was listening for information. The narrator seemed okay. Didn't get in the way, and conveyed the information it was supposed to convey.
A good suggestion here and there, I suppose.
The book's content arises primarily from the theories of Neurolinguistic Programming, a discredited, pseudo-scientific theory of thinking styles.
I don't have much experience with NLP but the concept of presenting yourself and dealing with another person provided are benificial to learn about so I rate this one ok. Have to go back and relisten in a few months as a refresher.
