After listening this book, whether you run a team or you are part of one, you ll realize how your team is working and things to improve. Though the book pinpoint some methods, I guess everyone have their own reality and as so youll come up with some ideas your self. I like a lot to present the book as a novel and at the very end of the book formalize the theory. I'm listening the book again ;)
This book was a summer reading assignment for our staff. I liked that it was not very long. I could listen an hour each day and be done in no time. The story was interesting and I thought the narrator did well.
Interesting material. I kept comparing the characters and the dysfunctions to our staff. It will be interesting to see how we accept this book at our next staff meeting.
I sit in a lot a traffic and listening to audio books helps that time go by. In this case I believe it has been eye opening to why my team is struggling with job satisfaction and results. I enjoyed how a large portion was in a story form so I could have a picture painted in my mind allowing me to be able to become part of the story, rather than getting lost in my own tangent thoughts.
Short enough for even the most busy executive to find the time get through it and learn some important points to boot. I recommend this book!
I cought myself thinking through the points in my meetings as I was going through the book, and I think it permanently improved my thinking about teamwork in business.

Not clear plain English, the author uses too many slang phrases that confuses the real meaning or intention and distracts the purpose of the real objective of the book.
I know this book will be excellent when it to myself again later, but I feel that I received more from it by having Mr. Stransky read it. I admit I chuckled at his British accent, though. He reminded me of Stewie Griffin. It is worth the money or credit. I will be searching out this narrator for more.
