Not clear plain English, the author uses too many slang phrases that confuses the real meaning or intention and distracts the purpose of the real objective of the book.
I know this book will be excellent when it to myself again later, but I feel that I received more from it by having Mr. Stransky read it. I admit I chuckled at his British accent, though. He reminded me of Stewie Griffin. It is worth the money or credit. I will be searching out this narrator for more.
First time I've read a book like this - a management book that tells a story and wondering where it was going and if the characters were good or bad or if they'd be around on the end! It reminded me of past employers very much.
The author could just get into the point and end the book 30mins... Good story but useless. Just search on Google for the 5 dysfunctionals , I would definitely do that.
Pat does a great job in this book. I actually met him this past June and he's an outstanding fellow. The five dysfunctions are real and must be addressed.
I should have read this before I read the advantage. the materials for both are directly condescending. I do like the two distinct styles these are written in. the fable or story addition helps to put the points into context.
