This is old, if you are just starting with this kind of venture it is great. If you have read more than your fair share then it is a waste of
time. Audio quality if fair to bad.
One of the best meditations I've done. Great visualizing work, the narrator's voice is not what I would consider pleasant. It's not annoying but it doesn't call me back.
One to return to often while adopting the concepts as a lifestyle. Looking forward to using the exercises.
I had this book as an audio cassette decades ago, besides the book. I love having it now in digital format!
The principles outlined here are indeed timeless and practical. The added bonus is Shakti herself reading to you!
yes; keep reading my review
most of it
audio book has THIRTY EIGHT chapters and does NOT have whispersync, so it is VERY DIFFICULT to follow in any reference-like manner, other than constantly stopping to add bookmarks, losing thought/momentum, going back through for perspective, ad nauseum. Simple layout of chapter title descriptions w/in the audio book rather than just chapter numbers or some other referencing layout somehow escaped the author. so the book reads like a story that doesn't flow than guide for easy reference, which demeans its perceived value, when in fact the content is exceptional. :-(
Yes. It has lots of practical things to do. She doesn't push anything at you, just leaves it up to each individual choice.
Power of the subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy. Visualisation techniques.
Shakti gets across her message in a quiet, positive way and has meditations and exercises to suit all tastes.
