Worth the read and very enlightening. However, he tends to come across as very self absored or self importnat (I did this, I did that, etc.). Because I liked how he described the other world, which makes a lot of sense even being from a Catholic background, I've bought another of his books. Worth the read.
I really enjoyed this book! It was well written and very easy to listen to. James Van Praugh explained ghosts and the afterlife well and also spoke of cases that he worked on and also on his own life experiences. Even if are a believer of the after-life or not, it still gives the listener an opporturnity to think a bit differently.
A very interesting topic and captivates you through the whole book. Even if you are not really interested in the topic, you will listen to see what has to say next. I highly recommend this book.
I just wish I could believe that the guy can really see ghosts and talk with them as much as he thinks he can. What I wouldnt give to talk to my grandparents again.
This was a very good audio with many insights into "the other side" concerning ghosts. It used many stories to illustrate things to the listener. The background on James was good to include because it gives the listener a perspective on him and his work. Thumbs up. Great job.
I have always been a fan or James Van Praagh and his work. This is another excellent book. He goes into great detail on all areas. Looking forward to his next release. Wish this had been narrated by James... I found the narrators inflections and tone a little annoying at times and mis-timed.
Boring; not well written; does not hold your interest; it was an ordeal to listen long enough to made sure it was not getting better. Do not bother.
Ghost have always interested me. I do believe that people have this ability. I don't know if it is a curse or a blessing. This is a very book to listen to on your daily commute. times flies by when you are listening to it.
