The reader was very good with a fairly authentic accent, made for a good listen.
Sometimes we need an uncomplicated book, one that is just fun and this one fits the bill. A good listen, I enjoyed it.
This might have been a fun story but the Texas drawl and the constant babbling just drove me crazy. Excuse me, but babbling through a murder they could have stopped - seriously. And the reader drove me crazy. There were 2 female Texans; one was ok to listen to and the other - OUCH. I think that was the worst part.
Yes. We like her books. We like to listen while we drive on trips. Her books are easy to listen to, we don't have to try to get any "points" the author is trying to make. They are funny and just fun to listen to.
Her other books. They are easy listening.
Made us laugh.
As always Dixie Cash leads our Texas two some on an adventure that is exciting and entertaining to says the least with new characters to spice up the story.
Ed on the pedal car in her VERY expensive shoes peddling.
didn't read the print version
yes, wasn't sure what was happening
The language was a bit rough in spots
Loved the friendship and chaos that exists similar to real life. The adventure just adds to everything.
good girlfriend story with some romance added in.
it is a lighthearted fun read. nice and relaxing to escape to.
good fit for the characters
yes, it was a chance to relax and enjoy.
I always say that I am American by choice but I am Texan by the grace of God! I loved this book and could not understand the one bad review, Maybe it is because I love Texas and NYC both. I was enertained for hours!
No. One listen was enough to pick up the story.
The interaction between the 2 main characters.
Her grasp of the Southern accent added so much to the reading. Wouldn't get that in a book.
Matt. All-around nice guy.
