    She is the author of Route 529: A Parent's Guide to Saving for College and Career Training with 529 Plans. Patricia also helped design and launch a non-profit program called NYC Kids RISE, through which more than 200,000 NYC public school elementary students have received seed money for college.

    Repeat for 3-5 minutes or until you feel re-centered and more balanced. If 4 seconds is too long, start with 3 seconds.
