this is a book that will bring you new perspective on a lot things, such as understanding the cause of things, understanding energy around us, and start to rethinking about what's more important in life. it's not something you get to think about everyday, especially when you are busy with life, you just dont get to really think about it. but this book helped me get to a whole new level. i've read/listened to a few books about spiritual healing, and this one is quite different. i'd highly recommend it.

I think this book would be better narrated by the author who could probably impart the information better. Still good and interesting information read smoothly.

This audible provides an overview to strengthen our intuition is by sustained practice. Also I learned that it is not good to go in the sun after applying essential oils and how to use certain crystals associated with the third eye chakra (the purple ones!). Includes many tips like breathing through each nostril, visualizations, gazing at a flame and the sunlight. Overall a useful audible to help me align my third eye chakra.
