Single Dads Club boxed set written by Kendall Ryan. Each story is a stand alone, unique and heart grabbing story. I wouldn’t have wanted to miss any of them. It’s a definite must read!
The audio tracks are excellent!

Good stories with good narration. Really enjoyed listening to them and definitely recommend them.

4 really good stories

These were my first Kendall Ryan stories and I Loved each story. Narrators were amazing and I’m glad I experienced these in audio. Looking forward to reading more of Ms Ryan’s HEAs.

Loved the characters!

Really liked the different story lines and characters. Nothing too traumatizing and perfect to listen to while puttering around.

Nice, light, and easy story for a Sunday reading.

Only for Tonight

This a good short story. The drama was good, nothing too much to deal with. The steamy scenes were not intense I would say about 2.5 🌶️🌶️🌶️. For me this is an in-between kind of book something you read when you have finished a long series or on a rainy day. The male main character was sweet and had good values and the female character had a heart of gold staying with a baby that wasn’t hers just to help her friend out. It was a good read, light and easy to follow.

Other 3 books pending… once I read the rest I will update so far I read the 1st one in the box set.

Stand alone stories in a cluster.

Wonderful stand alone stories. I liked how each changed up so it wasn’t overly complex and unrealistic.

“The Dare” was aweful

“The Dare” was so irresponsible and made me so angry that I couldnt in good conscience finish the last story in the set. The main female lead is an aweful person. To judge a man who is struggling to take care of his special needs sister and is doing what ever he can to make it happen even if it’s a bit unsavory BUT LEGAL! All because she grew up wealthy and has no idea what it’s like to struggle!! And it was obvious she was buttering up his innocent little sister all so she can bang the brother and when she didn’t get her way she writes them both off like they are beneath her. Then the author has the nerve to have the male lead placate this aweful behavior and blame himself in such a mentally unhealthy way. And I wouldn’t ask her for the money to help either because he doesn’t really know her well enough and the author didn’t set it up within their character dynamic to make him confident to ask. The main female is a villain PERIOD. She is 100% a narcissist and she needs help! And no one corrects or points out how bad this is. This story glamorizes classism and its heart breaking. It’s safe to assume the author condones this treacherous behavior. And honestly this is the problem with the world. We judge people for needing help instead of helping create more opportunities to elevate them, which will most certainly still benefit the wealthy. And we can say this is just fiction but this is hitting a little too close to what MOST humans in this WORLD have to deal with because of greed and judgement instead genuine compassion. I won’t be reading the last book.

Truly Awful Narration

Other than Jason Clarke & Andi Arndt, the other narrators were really bad & rather difficult to listen to - Erin Mallon’s scratchy, breathy delivery was so bothersome & Tim Paige had the ickiest voice ever. Joe Arden’s nasal delivery has never been my favorite, but his was tolerable. Jeremy York struggled as a believable OB.

The books were totally not up to Kendall Ryan’s usual standards, so I get the sale price. The first 2 books were at least somewhat interesting, but the last 2 fell so flat. Tim Paige’s voice almost made Book 3 an impossible listen, but I persevered. I wouldn’t recommend using a credit for this sad collection - but for a rock bottom sale price, maybe.

So-so

The first two stories were ok. The third story was un-listenable. I gave up after about 15 minutes. All in all, I wish I passed on it.
