Perform better and get better results!

I truly enjoyed this audiobook, while im not in the age category of the book, it still has a lot to offer young men who want to consider their long term health as well. I will definitely be recommending this audiobook to my dad, uncles and some good friends, too!

Everything you need to get back into shape!

This book has all you need to get back in shape- from mindset, to the plan, to exercise and diet. Very well organized, straightforward and well narrated. Highly recommend!

A great listen with valuable advice!

I came across this audiobook after purchasing the eBook for my father. It had been recommended by a friend - I was desperate to find something new and found this book quite refreshing. I offered the audiobook to my dad as a birthday present and he has been reading the eBook while listening along to the audio version. I'm glad I made this purchase as it helped my dad find his motivation and way back to physical well-being.

Age Gracefully!

There are many irrefutable scientific facts as to why and how weight lifting and staying in shape will improve your life as you will be able to enjoy yourself into the twilight years. Staying in shape or getting in shape is the best way to battle depression, anxiety IMO. It can be difficult to begin but after listening to this audiobook you will have all the knowledge that you need to begin, the next and hardest step after listening is to take action, but doing so will drastically improve your life!

Fantastic

This was very good audio. As a fitness instructor myself, I found all the information very well explained and i loved the parts that stressed FORM. It has so much valuable information and I just couldn't stop listening to it.

Great fitness audiobook.

This goes over the things one needs to do to stay fit over the age of 50. However, this book applies to all. The narration is well done and the book flows well.

Keys to muscle longevity!

Bryant Willis has the experience and was spot on when writing this book! I've been into dieting and fitness training for years, but after listening to this book I've learned some things that I never even considered in properly training your body. The first four keys are extremely essential for any man at any age, but we all know how it is when we lack energy and focus after the age of 30. The types of exercises, workout equipment, and maintaining perfect form are all essential keys to proper strength training. The fact this book outlines what it takes to stay in shape after the age of 50 pulled me in and I'm only 38 years old. The supplemental PDF is a valuable sidekick to your everyday workout training and has key exercises that I'm familiar with and consider my favorites when I train. Full compound body movements are definitely key along with a long-term balanced diet. I highly recommend this book if you want to look and feel your absolute best after the age of 50.

Helpful guide for older men

I picked this up for my father who has struggled with strength training and keeping up his fitness.

We both benefitted from the foundational knowledge Mr. Willis provided. Although some information we were already aware, it was nice refreshing on basic knowledge to help you get strong.

I wish there was a video instruction, we could have benefitted from assuring the techniques were applied properly. We will definitely connect with the author and follow his other audiobooks.

Would recommend for just about anyone looking to refresh on strength, its purpose, and how to get your diet to talk to your fitness resulting in you getting the best results.

Feel 21 again (and lift like it)

Even though I am only in my 30s, I feel extremely withered away compared to the young man I was even only a decade ago. Due to a tight psoas (stress) and other muscular problems, I was just so fatigued and couldn’t lift a fraction of what I could before. Not anymore! This excellent title has layed out the fitness and nutrition secrets perfectly that make me feel like I’m 21 again. Get this if you’re serious about your health and body.

Excellent Audiobook!

I've listened to a few strength training books in my day, but this one was hands down the best that I've ever heard. I feel as if I have the necessary tools to become an expert on nutrition and master most of the movements that were taught in this book.
Also, the illustrations given were extremely helpful as I don't have to go to YouTube to search up what they look like. This is a definite buy if you're looking to take control of your life!
