And the Best Couple Award goes to…

The first two books (and two sets of couples) just don’t compare to Lyra & Thatcher. It wasn’t until books 3 & 4 that I realized how much their story makes this entire series for me.

I almost didn’t continue the series after book 1. I’m not a huge fan of a mean MMC, especially to the FMC. I never really liked Alastair or Rook, but I was always intrigued by Thatcher, and I adored Lyra. So I kept going.

Their story, while incredibly heartbreaking, just makes the most sense. They have such intense history, and I loved listening to it unfurl. It’s really moving what they discover together, the reasons they need each other, and how it changes them for the better.

In this book, you not only get answers to all the things, but also some really wonderful intimate moments between these two souls as their protective walls come down and their bleeding hearts are exposed in all the best ways. With an emphasis on ‘bleeding!’

Finally, while I love Lucy Rivers, I don’t enjoy listening to her voice any MCs, ever.

What an epic conclusion to Thatcher and Lyra’s story!

I’m pretty sure Grayson Owen’s gets better with every audiobook he does. His ability to be so diverse throughout these books and characters has been unmatched!

Lucy continues to be one of my favorite female narrators. She has done such an amazing job with each FMC giving them their own personality.

I’m dying to know when Silas’s book with be an audiobook!

Outstanding Story Line and Characters

The Hollow Boy Series is delicious. I couldn't get enough of it. The plot was suspensefull and the characters were beautiful. My favorite characters are always broken and glorious in their intricacies of their haunted lives.
Thatcher and Lyra will forever be two of my favorite soul mates.

One of the BEST

The way that Thatcher and Lyra have taken all the space in my head lately! I absolutely LOVE their story. The pain, mystery, intensity, and BANTER! I love the way they connect with each other! This series is so very well written! Will definitely be reading and listening again! Can’t wait for the next one! Grayson Owens and Lucy Rivers completely knocked it out of the park yet again!!!!

Still Obsessed

I loved Thatcher & Lyra, I don't know what it is about Psycho x Stalker that gets me, but it gets me every time. Thatcher finally stops fighting his feelings for her and it's so good. When he described how things felt inside and she gave a name to that feeling! OBSESSED!!

There were so many quotes I loved from this one.

“A part of you died the night we met.” He presses his forehead to mine, letting me breathe him in. “Thank you for loving me with what remained.”

“I can’t give her love, care for her in the way someone should, but I’m tired of not giving her me. Not when she’s the only person capable of having me.”

The Blood We Crave part 2 is the 4th book in The Hollow Boys interconnected series. This is also the conclusion to Lyra and Thatcher’s story. Highly recommend you reading the previous books prior as the plot continues in this book.
The suspense, mystery and angst was so good - they are prefect and balance each other out so well! I love getting a snippet of Silas’ love interest.

What happened?!.

The first half of the book was to die for. And this one feels rushed and stitched together because the thread color matches.
