Love SRG - but hate this narration
Read all his works and was looking forward to this rendition, but just couldn’t get past the slow southern US drawl of this narration.

Brilliant and beautiful
Simon R Green never disappoints. This is one of his best. An epic tale with all of his themes, magical and beautiful.

Delightful narrative!
This remains at once one of the most delightful and one of the most disturbing books I have read...or listened to; as I have done both, suffice it to say I'm sure to do so again! I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did!

This is my favorite author but…
I hate the ending to this story Spoilers: everyone dies and then magical happy ending everything is ok and happy again forever. What the hell? And the narration was somnambulant at best.
